Lead UI/UX Designer - LG03

Are you an experienced Design leader with a focus on creating human-centered designs? Are you passionate about creating experiences that empower people to do their jobs more efficiently through the transformation of digital tools? Do you love going deep in the business and leading the UX design of complex applications? Do you like to be hands-on in UX while also leading more junior UX designers? 

Our Client is looking for a UI/UX Designer, who will be responsible for:
– Performing hands-on leadership of the UX project work and championing the primary and secondary end-user experiential needs for products & digital solutions by leading discovery activities that uncover what problem(s) we are trying to solve for who and why
– The ability to take lo-fi concepts and process flows and develop visual design language to translate brand and user ideals into the solution, while balancing a strong visual aesthetic with a strong understanding of design principles
– Demonstrating passion for strategic activities as well as designing solutions, pushing product and creative boundaries?
– Partnering with the full product team, including subject matter experts, as an active member of a growing design community
– Interest, ability and curiosity to do product definition work including but not limited to UX storyboarding, UX concept sketches and experience models, UX architecture diagrams, high level UI wireframes and flows

Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and communicating strategic and detailed aspects of the solution experience design.  Experience designing interactive prototypes for digital applications, providing UX project activity oversight while serving in a hands-on lead role and experience creating enterprise applications are required.  *Experience designing for connected healthcare, digital wellness and/or background in creating patient or provider experience strongly preferred.

The ideal team member will possess the following technical skills and education:
– Bachelor’s degree in a visual design discipline such as Fine Arts, Graphic Design, etc.
– Experience with creating wireframes & other design artifacts (e.g., user flows) in Figma and Adobe CC
– Ability to consume and expand a defined design system
– A strategic focus on the design vision and strategy that balances technical feasibility with usability and business goals
– Skilled at delivering assets in multiple formats based on project objectives and the team needs
Experience using MURAL or MIRO is a plus

Desired non-technical skills:
– Curiosity and an interest in creating compelling B2B enterprise application experiences
– Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal and via design are critical
– Partner with the UX researchers and product managers to develop a deep understanding of users, their needs, and their workflows
– Partner with business analysts, project managers, subject matter experts, product managers and development teams to gain a 360 view of the project goals and impact
– Partner with engineering to manage UX/UI work items in the backlog
– Champion equity, accessibility, collaboration, and respect
– The ability to collaborate closely with the project team to create design artifacts that can be reviewed, tested and iterated with agility
– Serve as a mentor and thought leader in the organization’s design community
– Effective facilitator comfortable with communicating and presenting ideas
– Critical thinker with strong business acumen that supports the ability to tailor communications to the audience and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

Senior User Experience Design Lead - LG04

Are you an experienced User Experience Design leader with a focus on creating human-centered designs? Are you passionate about creating experiences that empower people to do their jobs more efficiently through
the transformation of digital tools? Do you love going deep in the business and leading the UX design of
complex applications? Do you like to be hands-on in UX while also leading more junior UX designers? Are you
excited to work with a seasoned UX team?

Our Client is looking for a Senior UX Design Lead, who will be responsible for:  
– Hands-on leadership of the UX project work
– Championing the end-user experiential needs for products and digital solutions 
– Demonstrating passion for strategic activities as well as designing solutions, pushing product and
creative boundaries as part of an R&D team? 
– Partnering with the full product team, including subject matter experts, as an active member of a
growing design community.

Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and communicating strategic and detailed aspects of the solution architecture and experience.  Experience designing interactive prototypes for digital applications, providing UX project activity oversight while serving in a hands-on lead role
and experience creating enterprise applications are required. *Experience designing for healthcare, life sciences or pharma is a plus.

The ideal team member will possess the following technical skills and education:  
– Bachelor’s degree in a visual design discipline such as Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, etc.
– Experience with creating wireframes and other design artifacts (e.g., user flows) in Figma and Adobe CC
– Ability to consume a defined design system
– A strategic focus on the design vision and strategy that balances technical feasibility with usability and business goals
– Skilled at delivering assets in multiple formats based on project objectives and the team needs
